One cellular link for flight data, video and control.
The cellular data transmission system combines onboard communications hardware, a digital camera and supporting software to connect a UAV with its ground control station. It carries flight-controller telemetry to the operator and relays commands back through the same digital channel.
Connect the flight controller and cameras
MAVLink over UART connects the flight controller, while the supplied digital camera provides live imagery. An Ethernet input also supports an external video feed. Video is transported using RTSP/UDP, with WireGuard providing the VPN connection between the aircraft and ground station.
Keep essential data moving when connectivity degrades
A full-duplex data-over-voice mode supports telemetry reception and control transmission when the standard data connection is unavailable or degraded. This fallback carries up to 1 kbps with an exchange delay of up to one second. Cellular coverage and the selected operator network remain part of deployment planning.

Connect the onboard module to the UAV flight controller and video sources, then configure the cellular connection and dedicated VPN server for the ground control station. The package includes the communication module, digital camera, four external antennas, antenna and interface cables, a network cable and supplemental software.
